For Shayla's birthday this summer she asked for a Nintendo Wii. Since Shayla doesn't ask for much of any thing, and getting her to say that she wants something is really hard to do. So I got her a Wii. She enjoys bowling, tennis, and boxing as they require the play to mimic the action to accomplish the task. I call this Wii therapy. The only problem is that some of her reaction times are slower which gives her opponent an unfair advantage. In the picture above, I came home from work and Shayla was playing Dad at boxing. She wasn't faring too well so I decided to help her out. The only problem was that I was going to fast for her and making it worse. I then thought to make it like a two legged race and we both got a controler. This worked much better and we gave Dad a run for his money. ( I don't know why we were all wearing blue that day, but it wasn't planned. )
We really enjoy playing this game.
A view of the TV.
